You may have a small development team, or you may use individual contractors to develop for you. Your need for development might be very variable or very short-term. The priority for development may have increased without warning.
Without a predictable level of development, it is impossible to recruit more developers. The cost is not justified and the career path for the developer is uncertain. An individual contractor can provide an answer, but their availability is a risk.
The result is that the development team is small and the time to complete a development is long. Learning new skills is also a problem because that reduces availability.
The answer is to have access to a team of individuals at the right time. That team can be available for a limited period and can provide cover for unexpected absence.
- We will establish a simple framework agreement
- We will establish development terms that suit you
- We will work with you to decide what kind of development resource you need
Our Engagement Process
Step 1 – Fact Finding
- We will set up a Video Session to allow you to explain to us what kind of development you need. We will ask a lot of questions, but we will not be looking for any commitment from you during the session. After the session we will explain in an email which of our services could be relevant to you. At that point it is up to you how you proceed.
Step 2 – Options
- We will set up a second Video Session where we explain the options you should consider. Based on your preferences, we will explain the pros and cons, the risks, and benefits.
Step 3 – Procurement & Delivery
- We will only work when we receive a formal Purchase Order. We will make sure our workflow supports your preferred delivery method.
