People focus on making their business as profitable as they can. They may start with zero IT but most likely they use the standard Office Applications on a PC. Business Applications to manage accounts, purchasing, invoicing become important when the business grows.

In some cases that level of IT may be enough to support a small number of employees. While technology is working, they can handle the situation. But when the technology fails knowledge about security or resilience becomes important.

A successful businessperson can learn how to deal with IT. But that time is better invested in growing the business. A business can recruit an IT expert. But a small business does not offer an IT expert a way to improve their skills and progress their IT career. The most popular option is to use an external IT expert to help them.

The business needs someone trustworthy to translate requirements from business to technical terms. They need to know how the technical proposals received could meet their requirements. They need help with procurement and configuration. They need help to check and keep the resulting IT infrastructure running.

  • We will not charge you any start up fees
  • We will not tie you into a long-term contract
  • We will work with you to decide what kind of support you need

Our Engagement Process

Step 1 – Fact Finding

  • We will set up a Video Session to allow you to explain to us what kind of support you need.  We will ask a lot of questions, but we will not be looking for any commitment from you during the session.  After the session we will explain in an email which of our services could be relevant to you.  At that point it is up to you how you proceed.

Step 2 – Options

  • We will set up a second Video Session where we explain the options you should consider. Based on your preferences, we will explain the pros and cons, the risks, and benefits. We will approach the suppliers on your behalf. We explain how well each proposal matches your requirements.

Step 3 – Procurement & Delivery

  • We will help you buy their services. We will work with their support teams to deliver the services you have purchased.  We will check the result and explain what they delivered.

Step 4 – Support

  • When the IT services are all in place, we will set up our support processes. We will explain to you how you can contact us and how you can hold us to account.
